Key Responsibilities:
- Ideally will be trained in CT/Mammography or MRI.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues.
- A good TEAM PLAYER
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring quality control measures.
Key Skills/Qualifications Required:
AHPRA - Medical Radiation Practitioner Registration
- QLD Radiation use license.
- Australian Residency - Rights to work in Australia.
- Qualification in Medical Imaging Technology (Diagnostic Radiography)
- Demonstrated professional competence within a clinical setting.
- Good knowledge of RIS and PACS (is a +)
- Be able to analyze and discuss imaging findings with radiologists when required
- The ability to perform cannulation is highly regarded
- Someone who loves training/ mentoring juniors (is a must)
